परमाणु शक्ति से बाढ़ नियंत्रण डाँ.बाबासाहब आंबेडकर 🇸🇨🇪🇺☸️🇪🇺🇸🇨        हाल ही में हमने भारत में बाढ़ और बाढ़ नियंत्रण के तरीकों के बारे में बहुत कुछ सुना और पढ़ा है।  वायसराय की कार्यकारी परिषद के सदस्य के रूप में, मैं सिंचाई का प्रभारी हुआ करता था। इसके बाद सिंचाई और नेविगेशन आयोग नामक एक विभाग की स्थापना की, जिसका नाम बदलकर नदी नियंत्रण बोर्ड (River Control Board) केंद्रीय जल शक्ति आयोग (Central Water Power Commission) रखा गया है।      इन संगठनों ने बाढ़ नियंत्रण का प्रस्ताव रखे हैं जो समय-समय पर प्रेस में आते रहता हैं। यह उम्मीद की जा रही थी कि इन संगठनों द्वारा कुछ निश्चित उपाय खोजा जाएगा।  लेकिन अब हम पाते हैं कि जो भी प्रस्ताव उनके कार्यान्वयन में आए, वे बाढ़ को नियंत्रित करने में पूरी तरह से विफल रहे हैं। शिलांग से यह भी रिपोर्ट बतायी गयी है कि इंजीनियरों के लिए भी यह कहना मुश्किल है लगभग असंभव है कि कौनसी पहल ब्रह्मपुत्र बाढ़ को सफलतापूर्वक नियंत्रित कर सकती हैं, और यह एक प्रायोगिक (experimental) बांध का निर्माण  14,00,000 ...

#_The_Need_for_a_Social_Centre  🇸🇨🇪🇺☸️🇪🇺🇸🇨     It is my desire that the noble work to which Mr. Kher made reference should be put on a lasting foundation and I am sure that, that must be the view of all those interested in the cause of the Untouchables. There can be no two opinions that if movement is to succeed, it must have at its command three things,  (1) a Central headquarter, (2) a well-trained body of devoted workers, (3) financial stability.  Only with these means the movement can be placed on a sound and permanent footing.     Of these three, the establishment of a Social Centre as Central Headquarter must be regarded as the most fundamental. For once a Social Centre is established it will help to co-ordinate all social activities necessary for keeping up the movement, under the scheme which I have framed.
